I’ve got a super-secret superfood smoothie recipe that is one of my best-kept secrets for weight loss, and I want to share it with you!
But before I do, let’s talk about a few misconceptions that come with smoothies, shall we?

Now, smoothies, juices and green juices are all the “rage” these days. But what people don’t tell you is that most of these smoothies you buy at popular smoothie joints are FULL of sugar and can totally tank your healthy eating goals.
Even the recipes you find on Google are loaded with fruit and juice that make them in sugar. HA! No wonder they taste so good.
Luckily, making your own smoothie can give you an incredibly nutrient-dense powerhouse meal at a fraction of the cost of a pre-made smoothie — and it can be a great weight loss strategy, as long as you have the right recipe.
This is where my super-secret smoothie comes in! This recipe is quick, easy to make, and delicious. Plus, it’s packed with nutrient-dense ingredients to keep you feeling fresh and fabulous all day long, like… AND it kind of tastes like a Gingerbread dessert… shhhhhhhh… don’t tell the kids =).
Spinach: Literally one of the world’s healthiest foods, spinach is nutrient-dense, loaded with antioxidants and powerful anti-inflammatory abilities, and also low in calories. The benefits of it are endless, including everything from shining hair to protect you from diabetes and cancer.
Cacao Nibs: 40 Times the Antioxidants of Blueberries. Highest Plant-Based Source of Iron and they are full of magnesium and for a healthy heart and brain!
Cinnamon: This delicious spice lowers and stabilizes blood sugar levels, reduces heart disease risk factors and has a plethora of other impressive health benefits.
Without further ado, here’s my
